All players are expected to use the pak666 platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating more than one account on pak666.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial assistance to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through an identifiable glitch may be voided.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request for responsible gaming reasons, the real balance will be returned to the registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact support directly. Accounts cannot be deleted by the player unilaterally due to regulatory record-keeping requirements — the support team will process the request and confirm closure within a reasonable timeframe.
